LoyalMark was chatting up spa owners at the North American Conference for Esthetic, Spa, and Medical Spa Professionals at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Organized by Esthetique Spa International (ESI), the conference featured over 550 booths and hosted over 150 lectures by internationally-acclaimed experts in the esthetics, spa, medical spa, and resort spa industries. It was our first time making an appearance at this event, which was designed to introduce participants to the latest, most advanced tools and knowledge that could help them grow their businesses.

Recognizing the growing popularity of spa loyalty card and gift card programs in the spa industry, we decided to set up a booth for LoyalMark at this conference. We didn’t have a money machine or lure attendees with popcorn, but we did offer them an in-depth look at LoyalMark’s spa loyalty program management system, demonstrating how it could give their spas a competitive edge.
